windows 7 KB4025252 on Windows 7 (64 bit) keeps prompting to install, after successful install

Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB4025252)

 

keeps prompting to install, after successful install.

 

 

Here is what I tried to do to get this fixed:

 

• I stopped Windows update services, then renamed the C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution ; started Windows update services, got a new folder C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution, and still getting the prompt to install (KB4025252), that did not fix the issue.
  
• After that, I UN-installed KB4025252, downloaded the KB4025252 file from MS, re-install the update, still that did not fix the issue.
  

 

 

 

is there way to fix this?
