In the last couple of weeks we have noticed that WIFI users trying to log into the our office are not authenticating. On our server 2008 that is acting as RADIUS and as Active Directory, we see an error that the EAP is not supported.

The rejections are coming from anyone using Windows 7 and Windows 10 Machines. Anyone that tries to log in with domain credentials using Iphone or Ipad has no problems.

Since this was effecting all Windows products in our office I thought it may have something to do with an update. I took a Windows 10 machine that had not been used in 3 months since it had not been powered on to receive updates and I attempted a login to our wireless network. This machine was able to log in with no problems. I also built a machine from scratch before applying updates, that too was able to log in.

Since it does appear to be a Windows update issue, is there a fix to bring our RADIUS Authentication back? Is there a fix for the Windows machines or is there a Server update that can correct the problem?
