Windows Defender fail

Hi, a week ago Windows Defender stop working. Windows Defender Security Center reports service is stopped. "Run it now"*) button doesn't work. If I try to run service manualy, I get a message:

 

"Windows cannot run service 'Windows Defender antivirus application service' on Local computer.

 

Error 577: Windows cannot verify this file digital signature. Last hardware or software change could cause of installation of incorrectly signed or damaged file. It could be also malicious software within unknown source." *)

 

 

At Windows Defender Log I found:

 

 

ID: 2010 - Windows Defender downloads additional signs

 

and two minutes later

 

ID:3002 - Windows Defender Realtime security agent encounter error and fail. Error code: 0x8007043c

 

 

I check file msmpeng.exe - version: 4.11.15063.447, signed by Microsoft 06-20-2017 07:05:24 - all are the same as on other computers.

 

 

System Windows 10 32-bit Creators Update, up to date.
