I'll try to give as much information as I can. First, here are the specs to the laptop in question and model.

This is the reliability monitor that I use to check what might be going on.

Problem is, when I view the technical details, it simply says https://i.gyazo.com/6a97e2fe456c48d4bf7bdb1b235ac15d.png

No error code that I can look up, and no solution.

My HP laptop has been freezing a lot lately. No BSOD, just freezing, and I have no clue why. I've "likely" ruled out corruption, virus' and hardware issues. I believe the freezing started to become prominent when I installed a few visual novels as well as switching the system locale to Japanese, but I rarely use them and they aren't very taxing on the OS itself, even when in use. The laptop generally freezes randomly. Sometimes when I'm surfing the web, or when I'm away from the laptop and come back only to find it frozen. It's not like it freezes when I'm using a CPU heavy program, as the only thing I do on this laptop is surf the web, watch videos online or offline, and edit images on paint. The system itself holds up for a few hours. From 2 to as long as 7 or 8 hours, and then just randomly freezes and requires a reboot. I can always reformat the laptop, but I plan on installing everything back again, so I want to get to the heart of the problem. It just seems to me that my windows 7 is largely unstable, and I don't know the cause of it. I also do defrag often. At least once a week automatically.
