Problems accessing websites with latest Windows 10 Updates

Windows 10 did an automatic update and restart over night and now I can't access any websites. Both Edge and IE time out. The following updates were installed:

 

 

WINDOWS

 

KB4025339

 

KB4025376

 

KB890830

 

OFFICE

 

KB3213624

 

KB3191907

 

KB3213640

 

KB3191897

 

 

Don't ask me to restart my network hardware because i've already done that. And i can access the internet from my IPAD and non-Windows 10 PC's, so the problem is obviously caused by one of the latest updates. My system worked fine yesterday. HELP.
