How come I get an error 0x803C0103 when I run windows 10 update on auto update? I have no idea what I am missing but I can't even download Microsoft office 365 because of this same error. If I could just update windows 10 successfully I would probably be able to download and install office products as well.

 

Someone please help me figure this out. I remember paying someone to screen share and fix this problem before and I remember that is when my computer began to act crazy. I think I had a Trojan worm virus and now that I have refreshed and destroyed the virus I was able to remove and reinstall windows 10 and I think the Microsoft official who helped with this before was actually the one who planted the virus in the first place. I also don't remember having to pay someone to fix this issue. I should have known it was a scam.
