Microsoft Store - Shopping Cart is broken

Whenever I try to add something to my cart or just view it. It produces this error. This is literally preventing me from buying anything on the store. It happened after I tried adding a Design Labs controller. I've tried the same thing on other accounts and it works fine. This is related to the physical product store NOT the Windows Store. I just want to reiterate that so please don't ask me to use wsreset or anything because that isn't related to this issue in anyway. I'm pretty sure this is a bug on Microsoft's end but any help is appreciated.
