I'm at a point where my laptop can not boot into normal Windows 10, Automatic repair also does nothing and reset the laptop also does nothing.

Safe mode works normally.

Every time I boot up my laptop is says Automatic Repair, which I let it do its thing although a few moments later it says Your PC did not start correctly. Press Restart to restart your PC, which can sometimes fix the problem. You can also press Advanced options to try other options to repair your PC.

Then I would press reset this PC. It resets my PC although it gets to the point where it says installing windows do not turn off pc and it has a percentage next to it. It gets stuck at 3% and start restarting the laptop. Then the ASUS logo appears and says preparing changes. It keeps repeating the process about two times until it finally restarts one more time and says undoing changes.

I'm also pretty sure this problem occurred when I deleted Microsoft Basic Display Adapters in device manager and installed Intel HD 4000 Drives. It caused the laptop to restart which made me come to this stage or infinite loops.
