No Audio Output is installed

After the latest Windows 10 update, the audio doesn't work. It showed no audio Output is installed.

 

I am using the Conexant SmartAudio HD.I tried out those steps that could be found online such as check the device manager (uninstall it and also changed to HDMI), unable all the enhancement, restart the Windows Audio and the Windows Audio Endpoint Builder and also troubleshoot. But none of them work.

 

Can anyone help on this issue?
