Anti Virus scan came up with threats after giving remote access to a microsoft support person

So I contacted Microsoft through the chat option because the updates were failing to install so he asked for remote access to figure out what was going on. I now regret it big time because he reinstalled windows 10 and when I did a full system scan it came up with 4 threats. afuwin.exe Heur.AdvMLB and it said they were high risk. Does anyone know what that is? Or is that just from the programme that had to be downloaded for him to get access to the device?
