I am having problems with configuring a Kodak i4850 scanner to a ThinkCentre M78 with Windows 7 OS enterprise Ver 6.1.7601 SP1. I am using ISIS drivers with 3.0 USB cables and pc. connection. The connection is intermittent and once it disconnect I receive the message: "Failed to Initialize selected scanner. I upgrade the BIOS of the ThinkCentre M78 to 9ZKT54AUS (5/9/2016), but I still receive the same issue. Can anyone help me?
