Since last Widows 10 upgrade (11- Jul 2017) both Outlook and Skype come up with the sane error when opening

 

Outlook.exe - Bad Image C:/WINDOWS/SYSTEM32/MSVCP140.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing ..... Error status 0xc000012f

 

 

Have tried local MS support - nil help after around 30 minutes remote. - Any further clues would be appreciated.
