windows 10 Internet not working

I recently bought a new gaming PC, and there are a couple issues that need to be resolved. First, most of the time when I open Chrome it always freezes and I have to close the program. Whenever I try to start it again, it just won't open. I go to the task manager and end them all, but one just never ends. And a couple of times after this happened bothing on my PC would connect to the internet. Microsoft Edge won't load, Steam won't connect, and Wildlands won't connect to the Ubisoft server. It says I have perfect internet in the bottom right, but it just doesn't work. When I restart my PC it usually fixes itself, but Chome almost never works. Ethernet wouldn't work, so I used wifi. I have no idea what's wrong with it, and I javen't seen anybody with the same issue. I was wondering if anybody knew how to fix this, or what's causing it, because my PC is almost unusable at times.
