In 2010 a new laptop with Windows 7 had this malware installed. After a long fight I was rid but I do not know how. I have just accidentally put Windows 8 on my HP laptop and all method getting did are blocked by this malware. Does anyone have an answer to this disgraceful Symantic product? PQ.
