Hello! The microphone doesn't work in this device Acer E 15. It's very inconvenient. I have tried to look for solutions but none have worked. I already checked in the settings of the microphone. I already checked for updates of the driver. I uninstalled and reinstalled. The microphone still won't work either on external microphone and built in. Please I need your help. Thank you!
