windows 10 Disk drive not working

I have an Asus Laptop. When I originally got it, it had Windows 8, then I upgraded to 8.1 and now Windows 10, there were a couple of problems with it, which was...

 

 

Problem 1- I have to manually switch between headphones and and speakers, and I wanna know how to fix that.

 

 

Problem 2- The CD/DVD Rom isn't showing up under device management, and it wont read any kind of disc i put in. Now, it does eject and spin, and when I put a disc in, the little hourglass pops up on my cursor for a split second, after that... nothing.

 

 

I have tried everything I've seen on the things, but when I tried uninstalling the drive... It wouldn't reinstall when I rebooted my computer. I've tried the command prompt thing, and it didn't work. I've tried the regedit thing to delete the filters, but they're not in the files. I've tried the key thing and it didn't work. Nothing is working, but it was working just fine before I upgraded it. Then it worked for a few days, then just completely quit working. I want to download games and watch movies on my laptop again. Someone please help me before I rip my hair out.

 

 

I have no money to take it in and get it fixed!!!!!!!
