windows 10 Toggling down button without holding it

Im a PC gamer and have been and wtill are, having problems with my laptop. Theres this 'thing' that happens atleast every 5-7 minutes. Im playing a game and all of a sudden a key will be toggled down. Even if im not pressing it. And i must recconect my mouse inorder to do it. I play lots of action and FPS games, as you can see my profile picture is a game called Grand Theft Auto 5 (GTA5), so im pressing 'W' in games thats to walk or drive forward and mouse laptop will then toggle it down without me pressing 'W'. Its real annoying in fast pasced games and has caused me to lookse lots of patience. Is this sricky keys? I dont know what toggles it, as i said it doesnt always happens but its often. Any clues?

Pressing D to turn right, let go of D to continue driving straight by oressing W, but it was continue to go Right even after letting go of they key thst turns the vehicle right. It may be confusing, but maybe someone knows. Thanks.
