When you connect your xbox controller with bluetooth and it asks for Passcode of controller ,I just found another ways to solve this problem.

 

 

<WINDOWS 10>

 

Start > Setting > Devices > on bottom select Device manager > Firmware > double click System firmware > Driver > Update Driver > Search Automatically For Update Driver Software . It will restart for update , wait until it processing finished. Try to connect again. It hope to helpful .
