Windows 7 Pro x64 serc pak 1 - all updates installed.

When the computer is restarted and the Desktop opens - selecting either user account results in the computer being stuck in some sort of loop attempting to open account.

In the temp Folder of the Administrator account I found 29 separate text msg's with the title OutofProcReport and six digit number.

Each one appears to be different but the basic message "Service Hang".

Only a hot shut down of the computer will allow the user account to be opened normally after a full off cycle.

Just prior to this problem I attempted to remove all vestiges of AVG Free. The AVG garbage remains and something called "Windows Trusted Installer" absolutely shuts me out of removing anything.

Getting deeply frustrated as the program < Search Everything > tells me where the AVG files are - I just can't do anything about them. I have tried both IObit Uninstaller and the normal Windows removal process - the AVG files do not show up in either program.

Help!
