Cant create Hard Disk Partition.

I recently formatted my Hp 630 laptop into factory condition.Now after formatting i can see only one drive that is Local Disk ©.If i shrink volume of C drive from disk management tool and want to create another volume an error message is coming every time.I am inserting a pic of the error.Please Helphttps://extremetechsupport.com/data/MetaMirrorCache/2c1b24b88ca52ec9aa6a6162187c3d25._.png
