windows 10 Can't run or install programs in my laptop windows 10

Goo day! Can someone please help me. Here goes like this:

 

 

I was having a hard time using Adwcleaner on my laptop, windows 10, so I look for solutions on the internet. To cut the story short, I managed to install and I'm now looking for solution on how to remove Administrator account on login (I dunno why the net user administrator /active:yes on the command prompt isn't working). On the process making a way to run the Adwcleaner and enabling and disabling Administrator, I can't remember now what I'm doing then. And when I'm gonna install something (game actually) and/or run something (as Administrator or not), there is now "Yes" option (please look on the pictures attached). Someone please help me. I know how stupid I was in doing things that I really do not fully understand. I hope it still can fix.
