when i want to make connection using broadbband ...an err showing up

 

err621:sysytem could not open phonebook file ...

 

what should i do?

 

it started 2 days ago when the laptop was hang while shutting down showing installing updates...soi removed the battery and after that day this proble is happening...any solution?
