windows 10 Window zoomed in doesn't let me see right and bottom parts

I don't know how to describe this, but I went to the Sound settings on the Sounds tabs and I notice that the contents don't fit the window. It's not just there, I noticed it in a lot more windows. Because of this, I can't read all the text and can't even access some buttons because they're on the bottom or right part of it, which I can't see.

 

It'd be easier if I could post an image to show you what I mean by that, so I'll post this link if you're confused by my explanation.

I contacted a live agent already, but no one managed to help me.

 

I just want to know what to do because I don't know what caused this. I don't spend a lot of time on the settings.
