I had been running enterprise Pro version and decided to upgrade to Windows. I took my system out and had it rebuilt. with my own drivers and programs. it ran fine and I had set my security features so that a password was required to access most things on my system, such as no downloads without admin password, no deletion or removal of programs without admin passwords etc. I even had a separate password for My office program.

 

 

This failed with an update from Windows on June 06/2017 less than two months after having my system rebuilt secure.

 

 

I developed a blacking of my monitor which to me usually means a conflict in programing. I also upgraded my monitor to a HDMI monitor as soon as I got the glitch. I had contacted Microsoft for this primarily through the virtual tech. it was continued to Chat. When I spoke with a man named Michael who reportedly works for Microsoft tech in the Philippeans, He asked to access my system and when he did he sent me a link for the rescue me which I downloaded and allowed him access. he advised me that he could fix this issue but that he might need to perform A clean install. I told him that I had a custom system and that a clean install would create issues. I told him this five or six times.

 

he told me to wait for twenty four hours and the problem would be resolved.

 

 

But when I next tried to log onto my system I noticed that there were then two accounts. One called Arthu With no photo unrecognized. and One with a Photo which was my only one I had on my system the day before.

 

 

When I tried to log onto my account I normally used which was the administrative password. it came back as password unrecognized. So I clicked on more info, where it read in red that I required the password set by the OEAT system. Since3 this time I have been trying and advising that I required file's found and locked away under this account and that my entire system was determined by these settings to access my documents Photos and Court cases. I could no longer send them for print, I could not remove the extra setting through the normal removal tool as it too requires the admin password. Now I just paid almost a thousand dollar to have this system updated graded and registered. And this man in one move has set up a new( Older) version of windows on my system.

 

My system as I was told by my server could run over eighty copies of windows on it. But I had the space for documents some games which I can't play due to them not accepting an older version of windows that was on my system when I installed their program onto my system and locking me out of this program.

 

In Fact this is the second time in less than two years I have had this issue created by windows and I spent the money so I would no longer experience these type of issues. I had advice to place passwords on all my systems thus making it more difficult to hack. But in doing this It appears it could be changed simply by windows or Microsoft creating a password for my system and installing an older version thus creating two systems on my computer one which is useless to me other than email without files. and no abilities to make changes. The other is the one I began with on April 10 of this year.
