windows 10 Disconnecting from MOBA's yet internet is unaffected

Hi, I'm posting here as I have nowhere else to go that might have the answers i'm looking for. (i.e. asked same question got different answers tried them and to no avail). So here I am, for those that aren't gamers what i mean by a MOBA is games like League of Legends, Heroes of the Storm, or in terms of Xbox and PC the game Smite. I'm also experiencing problems with World of Warships however it is only limited to the Aircraft Carrier ship variants. Now to explain the problem, Heroes of the Storm I start a match and all is will till 5 minutes in when i get disconnected, attempts to reconnect and never does, close out the game completely rejoin and 2 minutes later, disconnect, then it does this forever until i reset my computer which then the process resets itself and i'm back at square one. Smite on XB1 does a similar thing where it disconnects around 4 min 10 sec and boots me back to the main menu where then i can rejoin but then i'll d/c from every match (at least once if not more) there on in. World of warships playing as aircraft carrier has a similar problem of disconnecting at 5 minutes and booting me back to the main menu where i then have to attempt to rejoin which sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. Note all this is happening and the internet is completely unaffected, doesn't drop doesn't skip, nothing. Troubleshooting: I tried playing HoTs on my old laptop (windows 7 wireless and wired play) with no problems even when it was upgraded to windows 10 it didn't show any problems with wired or wireless play. I've flushed the dns, hard reset the router and modem (both are netgear), restarting my computer, hard restarting my xbox, switching ethernet cords, opening ports, closing ports, talking to blizzard, talking to xbox support, talking to ISP, tweaking internet settings, tweaking computer settings such as it shutting off the ethernet port auto shutoff to save power, I've tried many different methods to see if it's the router and modem and yet it isn't, I've tried running the computer in compatibility mode, I've tried downloading earlier versions of directx, I've tried running the games (on the computer) in windowed mode, everything I've tried has not worked and so i'm here hoping that someone has something I can try short of factory restoring my computer.
