Windows 10 Settings, and Task Bar search window crashing.

When I go to Windows Settings and try to use the "find a setting" search window, the little "I'm thinking" dots start to scroll across the search window before I'm done typing, and the Windows Settings page suddenly closes. The same thing also happens when I try to use the search window in the task bar.
