even after a complete uninstall of avast on my windows 7 home premium 64 bit system i keep getting blocked by group policy from installing anything but avast!

 

 

i need a simple answer fast! avast is driving me crazy. plus i'm old and terminally ill and all this stuff is beyond my understanding, plus is wasting my valuable time left.

 

 

now for the second time i am re installing avast. someone please break me out of this nightmare groundhog day.
