Ndistpr64.sys (Blue screen of death) & driver verifier dected verification

I'l be quick, I have a Toshiba Satellite computer with a amd a6 5200 Quad core running at 2.0 mghz. In my time I problly dowloaded a malichous program giving me th is error. I tried every single thing I could to fix this pc including spy hunter (I'm already in safemode) but when I try to download the free scanner it fails to finish The installation. also for my Google edge has a message everytime I try to open it saying "this app cant be opened with the built in administrator" I don't know away to fix this since I can only run 1 administrator . Safemode... As for this I have also tried going to the cd and try to directly remove Ndistpr64.sys by turning sys to old but that was also no good. Any way I hope this helps and please tell me if you found a anwsering to this questian. ( also just ask if you need anything more specific)
