Windows 10 update shutting down computer

Hello. I've just bought a Lenovo ideal as 310 and as part of the initial set up it requested to update Windows 10. It updated a few times and was installing and now my new laptop is completely unresponsive. It's plugged in to the power supply, I've tried the on button, holding for 5&10 seconds, ctrl alt delete with every other combination! My new laptop appears to have died after trying to update Windows 10! Any ideas?
