windows 10 Why can't I create this specific reminder?

I have tried, off and on, for the last 24 hours to create a reminder using Cortana. It is a reminder for the next time I go to a specific restaurant. As it turned out, I happened to have been at that restaurant 2 days ago, but was unable to do what I had set the previous reminder months ago, to remind me of. Since I was there for a social event I just marked it complete, with the intent of recreating the reminder for the same action I was to take the next time I'm at that restaurant.

 

 

But for the last 24 hours, Cortana has refused to let me create the reminder, saying that she couldn't do it and that I "should try later". Well, be definition, 24 hours is later, and Cortana still isn't doing it.

 

 

Why not?
