Hi I have a laptop Make ace aspire 5738G with a black screen saying Missing operating system it has got windows 7 ultimate installed I have tried to access F10 but will not come up would it be better to install a new hard drive and purchase a new copy of windows as windows was installed when I purchased laptop so I don't have a system disc
