My surface pro II running Windows 10 after today's update is a blank screen

I have been running windows 10 on my surface pro since 2015 (2yrs) it was fine but today it did an update and now after login the screen is blank. Task manager munue comes up hiting cntrl+alt+del but trying turn it on is just a blank screen i need help i am looking for a job i need my surface pro working to search for work and certify unemployment. 1-805-813-1973. Clean boot is a blank screen too
