How turn on wireless printer for one network computer?

Wireless Epson printer was installed on a network using one Windows 10 computer. Other computers on network can see and use the printer. One network computer (also Windows 10) shows a greyed out image of the printer in device manager. Can't print. Troubleshooter says to turn the printer on. how?
