Latest version of MSRT found infected files but not listed

Greetings from the Great Country of TEXAS,

Also had just updated Windows Essentials and run a full scan with "0" infections found. MSRT run on my system 07/16/2017 Approx. 07:25:00, ran for over two (2) hours within the first ten (10) percent 'Infected Files: four (4) later at about fifty (50) percent there were eleven (11) and finished with that last number identified.' Yet when checking the list of infected files all were shown as "Not Infected" so where are those eleven (11)?
