I had to change the motherboard and the processor+ram from a computer that had Windows 10 in and 3 different hard drives

0 = C-drive SSD, 500GB, bootable, sata

1 = SSD, 500GB, A: -drive, sata

2 = 1TB normal sata drive partitioned to 2 * 500 GB

I formatted the 0 disk by removing all of the volumes in the windows 7 install (yes, changed from 10 to 7)

and after install and install of every driver and app, i re-connected the 1 and 2 hard drives too, only to notice that the 1 (SSD, 500GB) that was full of important files did not show on My computer.

On disk managment it showed as primary volume, and right click greyed out almost all options. inside properties it reads GTP

I already tried application to convert it to MBR disk, and after that could assign a drive letter to it but now windows says i must format it!!

I removed the drive letter and converted it back to GTP but i think some harm was already done.

both os were 64 bit. I don't have screenshots of them.

1. What is this GTP, does it really prevent me from moving my disk from computer to another ?

2. Or is this win 10 -> win 7 -problem ?
