Windows 10 Upgrade says CHINA. Should I be concerned?

I'm in the USA, have english set as the only language and have never run any Chinese programs.

 

Chinese fonts are in my boot file, my Windows 10 upgrade says China, and I just got off the phone with McAfee and they said their log files should NOT be in Chinese (they are).

 

Any idea where to start to fix this?
