There is a popup that says "It's time to review your privacy settings to get ready for the next update. It went away for a while and then another popup came and it says "YOUR COMPUTER HAS BEEN BLOCKED. ERROR #268D3. Please call us immediately. ..."

 

 

I opened Task Manager and ended Microsoft Edge, ran a couple malware detectors and everything came back clean. I run ESET and used their malware removal tool.

 

 

Now it's back to the "Windows 10 popup saying it's time to review your privacy settings to get ready for the next update", then it goes on to say "It doesn't take long. We've shown this reminder more than five times and now we need your help to get the update ready for your PC. We want to get the next update to you so that Windows runs smoothly. We'll save your setting and notify you before the update starts. It won't happened immediately. Select Review setting and we'll get this taken care of.

 

 

It will not allow me to get to Task Manager to end it and it has everything frozen.

 

 

How do I get rid of this?
