windows 10 Windows 10 Language option input method is wrong

Hello,

i do have a recurring issue with a Windows 10.0.15063.

 

The keyboard layout definition keeps on changing at random.

 

I have setup, in Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Language, one and only one language (English US) and one and only one Keyboard layout: (Swiss French).

 

However, in the language bar I see three keyboard layouts: English US, German Switzerland and French Switzerland. And It happens only too often that the keyboard gets stuck with an undesired layout setting. I don't know how to remove the two undesired ones.

 

As there is only one language in the language preferences list (I guess), the language bar does not show up at logon time. However, the workaround consisting in forcing it visible, from "advanced text services and input language dialog", works, and allows to reset the keyboard layout to the physical keyboard attached to the machine, but that's really annoying.

 

Also, I have copied my layout settings to the login screen, but it is also sometimes changes there too, to yet another language / layout: French / France.

 

Other users on the same machine have the same issue.

 

Anybody has that problem, and found a solution?
