Wifi shuts off when trying to connect

https://extremetechsupport.com/data/MetaMirrorCache/091b7129a78b8348125f503b1a9eb087._.jpgHi i'm using a brand new windows 10 Dell latitude E6420 and as soon as opened it the wifi was working great, as i try to shut it off it said preparing to update and it restarted my laptop. After it restarted i tried to use my wifi but as im connecting the wifi icon would go blank with a red cross over it as shown at the very bottom

 

 

after attenpting to connect it says "Can't connect to this network " and all the wifi networks would disappear after clicking close as shown at the very tophttps://extremetechsupport.com/data/MetaMirrorCache/8fca87320a7f52e703bce2a0d33baed3._.jpg
