windows 7 Cannot copy files from DVD\RW disk to the hard drive

When trying to copy files from DVD\RW disk to the folder on hard drive, I get the following message:

 

Could not find this item

 

This is no longer located in C:\Users\[username]AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Burn\Burn. Verify the item's location and try again.

 

I see that there are temporary burn folders, but I don't know what they are used for. And when I remove these temporary folders I cannot copy files from DVD to the hard drive (without the error message). When I restore these folders, I get the same error message. Is there any solution to fix the problem? I am using Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. Thanks
