Cannot see all file folders in My Documents after updating to Windows ver 1703

I updated my Surface Pro 4 tablet's operating system to Windows 10 version 1703 . I now cannot see most of the file folders in My Documents. I know they are still present, because I can find specific documents in them by searching. However, I cannot use Windows Explorer to browse through the folders, and when I create a file, those folders do not appear as a location where I can save files.

 

 

How can I make all my folders appear in Explorer?
