i have a virus called svcvmx.exe which really slows down my computer but also prevents me from using the reset option. also the refresh tool wont work. i was able to download the windows10.iso from a different computer, but as mentioned before, refresh tool wont work. is there a way to boot the iso without the fresh tool or someother way i can totally reset my computer? I have tried many different adware removal programs, all suggestions here, several different methods involving editing the registry. i have the samsung galaxy pad s pro with windows 10.
