My admin user login gives sihost.exe systerm warking and unknown hard error pop-up

My admin user in normal mode gives error "The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded". In safe mode it gives error "sihost.exe - System Warning : Unknown Hard Error" in pop-up. I am able to work login and work with standard user, but whenever I try to change settings or installing a new software it asks admin password and fails to proceed further even after given valid password. I am unable to login with admin user please help.
