Intermittent Touch screen lag running Windows 10 on Surface Book

I am having a hard time finding anyone else suffering with the same touch screen issue that I am dealing with. I mostly use the touch screen on my Surface Book and almost exclusively lose in laptop mode. Every couple of minutes while browsing on chrome, my touch screen won't respond and will lag for like 10 seconds. If I immediately use the touchpad when the touch screen becomes unresponsive, everything will work fine.

 

 

This is really annoying because when the touch screen works properly Chrome browsing is amazing. When it lags it drives me crazy.

 

 

Any Ideas?
