Why is it impossible to get to a live person for help? I just spent a half hour just to get to this screen. Ridiculous.

 

I am blocked on my Microsoft edge and facebook with

 

YOUR COMPUTER HA BEEN BLOCKED

 

ERROR # 268D3

I haven't clicked any links and am afraid to do anything on that computer. I am on a secondary computer now.

 

I have run a virus scan and it has no threats.
