Spontaneously language change (Edge, Cortana) after updates

Hi,

I am using Windows 10 (Build 15063.483) in Czech language and I have one problem today:

 

 

After some updates (probably) the display language (language of UI) of Microsoft Edge and Search/Cortana had spontaneously changed to English, but all the rest of system is OK - in the Czech.

 

I tried change systema languge to German and then back to Czech, but in both systém languages the Edge a the Cortana was in English.

 

 

Is there any solution how get it back to Czech?
