Getting the same critical errors/Event IDs after monitor disengages/turns off. PC still on...

I am new to this so lets hope I can explain this efficiently. The last month or so, while gaming my monitor will turn off randomly. When it does this, I can still hear in game noise and the voice chat that I am in but the monitor shuts off. The only way to fix this is to reboot my computer. I thought this was an issue with my GPU at first, however I started looking in Event Viewer and noticed a reoccurring cluster of the same critical and error logs. So the last few times this has happened I have monitored the errors. Here are the ones that reoccur every time.

The Peer Name Resolution Protocol service terminated with the following error:

%%-2140993535 - Event ID 7023

The Peer Networking Grouping service depends on the Peer Name Resolution Protocol service which failed to start because of the following error:

%%-2140993535 - Event ID 7001

The Peer Name Resolution Protocol cloud did not start because the creation of the default identity failed with error code: 0x80630801. - Event ID 102

The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load:

cdrom - Event ID 7026

Session "Microsoft-Windows-Setup" stopped due to the following error: 0xC000000D - Event ID 3

And here are two that happen about that occur about half of the time

Windows detected your registry file is still in use by other applications or services. The file will be unloaded now. The applications or services that hold your registry file may not function properly afterwards.

DETAIL -

1 user registry handles leaked from \Registry\User\S-1-5-21-960214152-4294060138-2595015809-1000:

Process 2008 (\Device\HarddiskVolume3\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\NvContainer\nvcontainer.exe) has opened key \REGISTRY\USER\S-1-5-21-960214152-4294060138-2595015809-1000\Software\NVIDIA Corporation\Global\ShadowPlay - Event ID 1530

The description for Event ID 14 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

\Device\Video7

Variable String too Large

the message resource is present but the message is not found in the string/message table - Event ID 14

There are also a few Event IDs that happen, but none as reoccurring as the above. I can also give the random ones as well if that is needed. I check the logs every time it happens and monitor them.

I am not sure if this information is useful for pinpointing what the issue could be, but I figured I would try and get the communities help and fix it at home before I try anything else. Any help is appreciated.

EDIT : This has been happening every time I try to Alt + Tab out of a game.

EDIT : When it happens, and I reboot my computer most of the times I have to reboot once or twice. The first few times the computer boots, I can hear the boot noises and windows loading in but screen is still blank.
