I have windows 10 and it keeps telling me that i need to fix my account...I cant, my old email address was deleted years ago and i have no clue what the pw was or is either..i did create a new account but even with the new account the old account is still telling me to fix it..i need to remove this account but i cant since i dont have the email nore the pw...ughh can someone help me. microsoft wants to charge me for helping me and i cant afford it.
