Will 1703 Still Be Downloadable thru Windows Update?

Not sure what's happening but if I remember correctly, Windows 10 Creators Update should've been offered last April. They said that it will be offered by batch starting from the latest computers but it's been months now and I still wasn't able to get 1703 offered to me via Windows Update. Does it mean that my PC is not compatible for 1703? If I would download it and install using Media Creation Tool, would it be okay or should I stick with 1607? I heard that the first build released for Windows 10 is no longer supported. When will 1607 end its support date? Will I stop receiving updates by then?
