Hi,

 

I just bought a pc that was on windows 7 and decided to upgrade to windows 10 but for some reason it's been stuck on lets start with region for the last 24 hours plus and it won't work. What can I do to reboot it. Also the keyboard and mouse don't work. Someone help please :)
